Become a Team Sponsor

It is with help of our individual and business sponsors that enables our league to purchase uniforms and equipment for the 750+ children participating in our league.

We would appreciate your support of our program and children by becoming a sponsor of one of our teams for the 2008 season.  The name of your business will appear on a team hat and also be in our opening day program.   At the conclusion of the season you will receive a plaque with your team's picture.   Throughout the year, we urge all our players and their parents to support our sponsors.

If you were a sponsor in 2007 we thank you for supporting our program and hope you will once again sponsor a team for next season.  With your support, our program was a success in 2008.

Please access here the TEAM SPONSOR FORM and check the division that you would like to sponsor.   The cost to sponsor a team is $275.00 ($247.50 if received by 1/15/08).   If you have a child in our program, please list their name so that we can start planning for the 2008 season.  We want to purchase the uniforms, hats and equipment as soon as possible. If you return this form along with your check by January 15, 2008, we will give you a 10% discount.

Also, if you would like a sign, please indicate on the form and send an attached example on how you would like the sign to be shown.  Signs are 3 ft by 5 ft in size and placed on our outfield fence.  We do have two fields and if you like you may order two.  Again, a 10% discount ($247.50) is give if form is received by 1/15/08.

Become a Corporate Sponsor and Support Capital Improvements

The Par Troy West Little League Board of Directors has established a long term Capital Improvement Plan for Our League.  It will take the support of local and corporate sponsors to achieve these goals.   We are asking you to help support the children of our town.   Many local and corporate sponsors already support individual teams.  We are asking for your help, as a league sponsor, in these improvement projects.

Donors who contribute will be recognized according to the following schedule:

• $25,000 - Improvement Project named for the Contributor
• $10,000 - Sign 4' x 8' acknowledging Contributor
• $5,000 - Sign 3' x 5' acknowledging Contributor
• $3,000 - Plaque with listing of Contributors
• $1,000 - Paid-up two year Team Sponsorship
• $100 to $999 - Recognition of your generous support, with your company name proudly displayed at these facilities.
